NEWIF — Network Empowerment for Women International Force — is a registered international NGO dedicated to empowering women, protecting children, and transforming communities through inclusive development.

Our Journey

Our History

Network Empowerment for Women International Force (NEWIF) was originally established as Jennimat-J Foundation in 2013.

In 2025, the organization underwent a strategic transformation and was rebranded as Network Empowerment for Women International Force (NEWIF) to reflect its expanded vision, broader impact focus, and commitment to building a stronger global network for women's empowerment, disability inclusion, and community development.

This transition marks a new phase of growth, positioning NEWIF as a forward-looking organization dedicated to sustainable impact and international collaboration.

Leading with Purpose

The Founder & Executive Director of NEWIF brings a deep commitment to social justice and community empowerment. With extensive experience in development work, advocacy, and organizational leadership, the E.D. established NEWIF to address the intersecting challenges facing women, children, and persons with disabilities in select communities across Ghana.

Under their leadership, NEWIF has grown from a community initiative into a dedicated NGO that is currently operating in select communities in Ghana with a clear vision for national expansion and an international mandate.
